# Withdrawal information

This information applies to consumers who order a tree sponsorship. This English text is a translation for your information. Only the [German version (Widerrufsbelehrung)](/widerrufsbelehrung) is binding.

## Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Arne Kellmann, Odenwaldstraße 134L, 64372 Ober-Ramstadt, Germany, email: contact@ghardenlab.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at [/widerruf](/widerruf) ("Vertrag widerrufen" / "Withdraw from contract", also at the bottom of every page of this website). If you use this online function, we send you without delay, on a durable medium (for example by email), a confirmation of receipt with the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

## Effects of withdrawal

The two paragraphs below quote the EU model text (Directive 2011/83/EU, Annex I A) word for word.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

## Special notes

Your right of withdrawal expires early when we have fully provided the service, if you expressly agreed before the start that we begin the service before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirmed that you know that your right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the contract (§ 356 (5) no. 2 BGB).

We calculate the amount in the previous section per day: total price × started days until your withdrawal reaches us ÷ 365.
